Ccju061 Yeomiji Botanical Garden, established in 1989, is located in Jungmun Tourist Complex, is home to a spacious greenhouse which has over 2,000 varieties of flowering plants and trees. More than 1,700 kinds of semi-tropical plants grow outside the green house. The largest arboretum in Asia, it has exhibits of the traditional landscape styles of Japan, Italy, France, and Korea, as well as Jeju Island. A tourist train with 60 seats runs between the greenhouse and the gardens.

A 38-meter high observation tower at the center of the greenhouse allows one to see as far as Mara-do (Korea's southernmost island) if the weather is clear. Within the arboretum are housed tropical orchids, a central observatory, and an ecology institute. A lawn and replicas of famous overseas gardens are located outside the greenhouse.
