Shinsan Park contains many statues commemorating the 1988 Summer Olympic
Games in Seoul. Popular among local residents because of its wide lawn, it is also near several other
famous tourist sites (Samseonghyeol,
the Folkore and Natural History Museum, and
the Culture and Art Center
are all within walking distance).
